When will you need me?If you wanted to improve your golf swing you would have some sessions with the club's resident golf coach, if you were on a football team then your coach would discuss tactics and training with you, if you were an athlete your coach would be motivating you, preparing you mentally and discussing difficulties with you. If you want to improve your life, if you want to talk tactics, set goals and make plans, if you want help getting motivated, if you want to rethink a situation, if you need to discuss difficulties in your life, if, like a sportsperson, you want to be more successful then you will benefit from life coaching. Coaching is not the same as counselling, you do not have to wait until you are desperate, in despair, or can not go on. Coaching is appropriate at any time in your life giving you the benefit of having someone to talk to who will not laugh at you ideas, pass judgement, or tell you all the reasons why you can't do that. |
